OABN® shall provide the following onsite services at the Business Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Dedicated On-Site Staff

We have full-time employees providing professional on-site management and support. Dedicated staff members may be deployed upon request, on a short-term or long-term basis.

Administrative Services

Our staff will handle administrative tasks, including reception duties, appointment scheduling, mail handling, and coordination of meetings and events.

Customer Service

Ensure a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for Business Center users with our expertly trained staff who offer exceptional customer service and assistance.

Technology Support

Our team can manage and troubleshoot technology infrastructure, including internet connectivity, printers, and audio-visual equipment.

Database and Records Management

Efficiently manage user databases, bookings, and records to facilitate access and reporting.

Collaborative Partnerships

Foster partnerships with local businesses, government entities, and Economic Development Organizations to enhance the offerings and resources available within the Business Center.
